What does everyone think of Darrin Horn so far?

I think he is doing an awesome job. He is getting rid of the guys who should not have been here in the first place and seems to be a road warrior on the recruiting trail. It will be his way of the highway and I think our basketball team desperately needs that right now.

this guy is a no nonsense coach, who is showing a will to win. he has been working it hard, since the day he got here. he promise that he would, and he has been true to his word. a friend of mine works with the bball team, and said that while horn said publically that he would honor the schollie for morrow, that he let him know through channels that he didn't see him as a major factor in our future plans(very similar to what he told deloach). and that was why morrow opted out, and horn gladly sent him his freedom papers. this guy doesn't mess around. he tells it like it is, and doesn't see the need to mince words. i really like that about him. we have been asking for years to have a new young energetic bball coach, and lady's and gentelmen, we've got it!!! i love him. and i can't see anything but good stuff in our future with horn at the helm.

I've been impressed with him too. I just want someone who will make our guys play hard, smart basketball and I have not seen that from our guys lately. If we can make a run this year and make the NCAA, we should be getting some attention from recruits the following year.

I think that Coach Horn is going to put some much needed life back into our program.
