Saw ESPN's bottom line last night, and it looks like the efforts to keep Seattle with an NBA team might be fruitless at this point. Oklahoma City was nice enough to give New Orleans a temporary refuge, now it looks like the Sonics will have a home there as well very soon...

Well, it is apparent to me that the Celtics are legit now and a threat to my Raptors, however... the season is a long one and we all know that the West will have an answer for whatever the East Chump (um.. Champ) brings.

Well, the NBA season is little under 2 months away and the NBA ref scandal has put a HUGE damper on any legitimate hype the NBA could use to pimp the start of the new season. Compared to the kickoff fireworks of the NFL next week, the NBA will start its regular season with a huge fog rolling in coating the viewers with little fanfare in my opinion.
